Our Policies

1. Age Requirements

Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult in the massage room.
Clients ages 16–18 must have a parent or guardian present to sign the intake form prior to the session.

2. Appointment Scheduling

 

Massage sessions are available by appointment only.

 

3. Arrival Time


Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time to complete a brief intake form and settle in.
Arriving late may reduce the length of your session so that we can stay on schedule for all clients.

4. Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice — or missed appointments — will be charged 100% of the session fee.

This policy helps protect our therapists’ time, which has been reserved specifically for you.
You may cancel or reschedule online through Square or by calling/texting 781-491-2447.

5. Tardiness / No-Show


If you arrive 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show and may be cancelled. The full session fee will apply.

6. Medical Conditions

Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies prior to your session. This allows us to provide a safe and customized experience for you.

7. Professional Boundaries

We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment.
Any inappropriate behavior or comments will result in the immediate termination of the session, and the full session fee will be charged.

8. Client Comfort

Your comfort is our priority. Please communicate your preferences regarding pressure, temperature, or any discomfort at any time during your session.

Clients are encouraged to speak up and request adjustments so we can ensure the best possible experience.
